An admin can add your user. it currently runs under an OpenBSD 7.6 VM, under an OpenBSD 7.6 host. SFTP is used for connecting and managing your webroot. You shouldnt host sensitive files or data on this service, its meant for hosting personal websites, blogs, portfolio pages, and things of this nature. For more info on how to use sftp, see sftp(1). If you are not comfortable with the command line, a good graphical SFTP client is filezilla which is available for windows and most unices.
